Why You Shouldn't Put off Your Annual AC Inspection

Tips For Selecting The Best Commercial Refrigerator

Before you can call to have a commercial refrigerator installed, you will need to make sure that you are purchasing the best one for your needs. To do that, you will need to take the following points into consideration. Otherwise, you might end up spending a lot of money to have a unit installed that does not meet your daily requirements for usage.

Get The Correct Measurements

You will need to measure the space you have for the commercial refrigerator. Do not make the mistake of solely focusing on the width and height. While you do need those measurements to ensure a proper fit, you will also need to consider how much room you have to work with for the depth. After all, you do not want to accidentally have a commercial refrigerator installed that sticks out too far. That could cause problems in the kitchen when people are trying to rush around each other in order to complete multiple tasks at once.

Consider The Cubic Feet Of Usable Space

You want to remember that just because the external measurements of the commercial refrigerator are large it does not mean that you have a ton of cubic space within the unit that is usable. Therefore, you will want to take a few moments to compare the cubic feet for a few different units that have the correct external measurements for your commercial kitchen. This way, you will be able to get the most amount of space possible.

Deciding Between A Top Or Bottom Mounted Condensing Unit

You have the option of a commercial refrigerator with a condensing unit on the top or the bottom of the unit. Considering the benefits of both will help you pick the one that is best for your needs. With the condensing unit on the bottom, you may find that the interior of the unit will be easier for you to clean because it does not go all of the way to the floor. However, if your concern is more about debris on the floor of your kitchen, you might want the unit with the condensing portion on the top, as you will not have to worry about as much dust or debris being collected under the refrigerator.

After you have taken the time to select the absolute perfect commercial refrigerator for your business needs, you can call to have the installation scheduled as soon as possible. Contact a company like Ragan Mechanical Inc to learn more.

About Me

Why You Shouldn't Put off Your Annual AC Inspection

I almost always have my air conditioner inspected every spring before I start using it in the summer. However, last year I decided to skip the inspection. Everything had been OK for the last couple of years, so I assumed that it would be fine this year as well. Why not save a few dollars and skip the annual check up, just this once? Of course, this was the year that my air conditioner decided to break down. It ran for a few days, but it never really seemed to get cool enough to bring the indoor temperature down. Then it started making a loud noise, right before shutting off completely. By that time, the AC repair company was swamped like it always is when the weather is warm, and I had to wait days for an appointment. Next year, I will definitely be getting that yearly inspection first.
